I ran in a 4-mile race and my girls where there to cheer me on

I ran 4 miles in 30min55sec, a record for me, and I placed 8th out of 788 women. I was proud and very happy I did it! Anyone who wants to run in the Fort 4 Fitness half marathon next year, let me know!

Awesome job! It's great to see your beautiful family is doing so well :) You all look great and the girls are really growing up fast--here too! Lauren will be in kindergarden and I can't believe it :) Keep in touch! Mandy
