So this is the turkey that we raised on our funny farm, it weighed almost 40 whopping pounds after butchered!! We stuffed it and I cooked it for 6 hours, and I thought is was done, so I took it out so that the 30 or so family members who were patiently waiting could enjoy it. Much to our dismay, it wasn't done, we had to cook it for almost 2 more hours, we didn't eat until 7:30! In the end it all worked out, but not as planned. It was D-licious!
