Addie's Basketball Game

Addie shooting, and makes it! (She's in the pink shorts) She made 4 baskets in total. She also won the best sportsmanship award on her team for this game. She has such a great attitude out there, better than I thought! She also gets nervous and bites her nails, but she hussles down the court.
The league is called Upwards, and it is a Christian based basketball league. Their team is called the Hoosiers!

Violet's 4th Birthday Hannah Montana Style

Violet turned 4 on February 1. Yes, she likes Hannah Montana. She said that she wanted a cake with Hannah wearing high heels, well she didn't get that but she got a Hannah cake! She is so much fun. I ran in a 4-mile race and my girls where there to cheer me on

I ran 4 miles in 30min55sec, a record for me, and I placed 8th out of 788 women. I was proud and very happy I did it! Anyone who wants to run in the Fort 4 Fitness half marathon next year, let me know!

The logs are going up!

We are putting white cedar log siding on our home. Our parents are working on our home like it was their own, and we are so grateful!
We've got about 50% of the siding done, after that we have to finish the inside and we are looking at around Christmastime before we will get to move in. We are getting excited....
